This draft describes the current GreenFlow Forecast marketing website. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before production publication.

Scope

This notice applies to the public marketing website operated by GreenFlow Forecasting LLC. The GreenFlow application and connected third-party services may require separate notices and agreements.

Information that may be processed

If you contact GreenFlow by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company, and message.

If you enter a GreenFlow raffle, we collect the first name, last name, email address, company name, rules acceptance, and related entry information you submit. The entry record also includes its submission time and information needed to administer entry totals.

Website hosting and security services may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referral information, and timestamps.

If you request a GreenFlow trial, we collect the first name, last name, email address, company name, optional phone number, selected plan, billing preference, promotion code, trial length, marketing source, and related request information you submit. This request does not create an account or connect accounting data.

How information may be used

  • Respond to questions and requests.
  • Administer raffles, prevent duplicate entries, verify trial bonuses, select and contact winners, and maintain appropriate records.
  • Provide requested product or partnership information.
  • Respond to trial requests, coordinate a secure QuickBooks Online connection, and schedule onboarding.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Understand signup intent and maintain service continuity.
  • Meet legal obligations and protect legitimate rights.

Cookies and analytics

The current marketing-site code does not intentionally install advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies. Hosting, security, or application services may use essential technical mechanisms needed to deliver and protect their services. This section must be updated if analytics, advertising, consent management, or additional cookies are introduced.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, application delivery, onboarding, and raffle administration. GreenFlow currently uses Airtable to store and organize raffle entries and trial-request records. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. GreenFlow does not describe personal information as being sold in this draft.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, applicable obligations, and legitimate business needs. GreenFlow uses safeguards intended to protect information, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Questions and privacy requests

Privacy rights vary by location. To ask a question or submit a request, email info@greenflowforecast.com. GreenFlow may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Children

This business-focused website is not directed to children, and GreenFlow does not knowingly seek information from children through this website.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be revised as the website, application, vendors, and legal requirements develop. The effective date should be updated when an approved version is published.
